Guardian Enterprises Canada incorporates a standardized, rigorous due diligence process in evaluating foreign investors as prospects. This process involves professionals who are assigned based on their industry experience, the timing, and the contextual circumstances of the business opportunity.

We seek expertise from third-party firms or individuals who have relevant local, national and international industry experience. Upon completion of due diligence process, our professional team, in support of our corporate partners (immigration lawyer, business lawyer, banker, acquisition consultant, immigration re-settlement consultant, etc...) will come to a general consensus before proceeding in the investment opportunity to be awarded.

Investment

  • Guardian Enterprises Canada does exercise full control over all of its ventures through strategic fundamental structures, downside protection, anti-dilution provisions, and tag-along rights to ensure that success is predicated on being proactive at the management and strategic levels such as marketing, operating performance, reassessing and recasting service development and branding strategies.
  • Guardian Enterprises Canada has significant experience in proactively sourcing and structuring government, public and private opportunities relevant to its corporate culture of socially-conscious ventures to foreign investors under the "Government of Canada’s Programs, Rules and Regulations. We closely monitor all of our business ventures, interests and progress reports in order not to avoid any adverse developments, but rather to bring about resolutions and solutions to such, as well as organize monthly reports which reflect how each of our business ventures is tracking to its business plan.
  • Guardian Enterprises Canada appreciates the importance of managing strategic risks. An Advisory Consultative Board is formed. Foreign Individuals, who wish to become permanent residents in Canada under strategically identified and suitable "Government of Canada Immigration Programs", are welcome to take part in Guardian Enterprises Canada’s programs.

Immigration

Upon successfully completing our vetting process, qualified and merit-based candidates, who which to immigrate to Canada under Canadian Immigration Programs, will be provided full assistance with accredited lawyers and consultants to assist them with the process of their application, interviews and all other areas of needs. Successful candidates are responsible to cover all costs associated to their immigration process.
